Delivery Information
- You may choose one of the following delivery methods:
- SF Express
- In-store pickup
- Pickup locations: “Loco Kiosk — Tin Shui Wai”, “Loco Kiosk — Yuen Long”, or “Tseung Kwan O LocoBike Store”
- Contact method: Our staff will contact you via WhatsApp regarding the detailed pickup arrangements.
- The actual shipping fee will vary depending on the selected delivery method, and the amount shown on the checkout page shall prevail.
- Customers must provide the complete and accurate recipient's name and address. If the package is lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund or follow up.
- Please understand the following policies if you would like to using Hongkong Post - Local mailing
- Buyers have to bear all the risk of mailing by Hongkong Post (such as lost mail, damage of the mail......)
- LocoMart is not liable for any loss or damage of the mailing by Hongkong Post. All the charges cannot refund and would not re-send the goods. If we received the returned mails, will inform the buyers immediately. Buyers have to pay the postage charge again for re-mailing. But the postage charge had been paid before cannot be refunded.
- Hongkong Post does not have tracking number for the local mailing service. If you request any evidence or tracking number about the mailing, please choose SF Express.
- Hongkong Post cannot tracking or asking about the postage.
