FAQ
Do I need a Loco account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name and mobile number.
How do I check my order?
Use "Find your order" at the bottom of any page. Enter your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout to see your order and its payment status.
How are bikes delivered, and how much is shipping?
Two options: (1) free pickup at any Loco Kiosk; (2) SF Express to your door, with shipping charged by SF to the recipient on delivery. The order total on this site doesn't include shipping.
Do I have to assemble the bike myself?
Bikes come in their original box, about 85% assembled. The rest (such as the handlebar and pedals) takes a few minutes. Pick up at a kiosk and staff can set it up so you can ride away.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Orders can't be cancelled once placed. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us when you receive it; you can contact customer service within 7 days.
How long do refunds take?
Eligible refunds go back to the card or Alipay HK account you paid with, usually within 7 working days.
Where can I redeem ride vouchers?
At any of the 8 Loco Kiosks across Hong Kong, with your order number and ID.
